The Man Who Had All The Luck
by Arthur Miller
directed by Scott Ellis

Must prosperity only spring from hard work? Or does luck deal the determining card?

In his first Broadway play, America's master dramatist Arthur Miller explores the mystery of serendipity through the curious life of David Beeves. He's an ordinary Midwestern man blessed with extraordinary fortune. But as hardships increasingly plague his loved ones, Beeves turns frenetically fearful of the day his luck will run out. In their much-anticipated Broadway debuts, Chris O'Donnell  (Scent of a Woman, Circle of Friends) and Samantha Mathis  (The American President, Little Women) star in this dazzling new production of an American masterpiece.

THE DAZZLE is about two brothers, very different in how they view the possibilities of life. One longs to make his life a story. The other lives a life of serial intensities. A young woman comes to be fascinated with both brothers, providing their lives with a plot. The Dazzle is about how people spend their time. It's about the joys of collecting. It's about a house that gets incredibly messy.

Peter Frechette and Reg Rogers play the brothers and have both previously worked at the Roundabout Theatre Company in Richard Greenberg's Hurrah At Last. Peter Frechette was in The Plays the Thing and Reg Rogers was in The Moliere Comedies (The School for Husbands and The Imaginary Cuckhold), both at the Roundabout Theatre Company. Francie Swift (The Dazzle at NYS&F and Drama Department) plays the young woman.

David Warren (Holiday, Fit To Be Tied, Hurrah At Last) directes this New York Premiere work by one of the most lauded contemporary playwrights around, Richard Greenberg (Everett Beekin, Three Days of Rain, Hurrah At Last, Night and Her Stars)
