Thank you for supporting Roundabout’s Spring Gala 2013: A Celebration of Your Favorites. It was truly a spectacular night as we celebrated Todd’s 30th Anniversary with Roundabout and enjoyed performances by Laura Benanti, Stephanie J. Block, Jane Krakowski and Laura Osnes. We are so grateful to everyone who helped make this Roundabouts’ most financially successful Gala ever.
Roundabout hosted its most important fundraiser of the year on Monday, March 11, 2013 at Hammerstein Ballroom. We recognized our Artistic Director Todd Haimes and his 30th Anniversary, our artistic achievements under his leadership and the future ahead. In honor of this important milestone, Lonny Price directed a one-night-only musical tribute featuring our favorite “divas”, including Laura Benanti, Stephanie J. Block, Jane Krakowski and Laura Osnes singing their show-stopping numbers from Roundabout musicals and treating us all to a showcase of their outstanding talent. Adam Gwon paid tribute by composing an original song just for Todd’s Anniversary. The evening was hosted by Alan Cumming. All proceeds from this event will benefit Roundabout Theatre Company’s Musical Theatre Fund and Education programs.
