** ENTRY/ELIGIBILITY: No Purchase Necessary. Roundabout subscribers to the 2012–2013 season who have subscribed by March 21, 2012 will automatically be entered into the drawing. Alternatively, non-subscribers may enter by sending a postcard to Subscription Drawing/Marketing Department, Roundabout Theatre Company, 231 West 39th St., Suite 1200, New York, N.Y. 10018, containing a request to be entered in the drawing, name, home address, age, phone number and email address (if any). Postcards must be postmarked before March 21, 2012 for the sender to be entered in that month's drawing. One entry permitted per person. Winners must be age 18 or older on the date of the drawing and be a U.S. resident. Employees or agents of Roundabout Theatre Company and members of its Board of Directors, and the immediate family and household members of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to win. Winners are not eligible for subsequent drawings. WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: Drawing will be held on or after March 21, 2012. Winner will be randomly selected. The odds of winning prizes depend upon the number of eligible entries. Subscribing does not enhance chances of winning. Prize will be awarded to the primary subscription account holder or entrant named on a postcard entry. Prize winner will be notified by email (or, if winner has not provided an email address, by U.S. mail). If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable or is otherwise unsuccessful or if the prize winner does not confirm eligibility and accept the prize within ten business days after the notification is sent, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. OTHER RULES: Roundabout is the sole authority regarding the drawing rules and results, and all of its decisions are final. Roundabout reserves the right to modify the schedule of the drawing without prior notice, and to terminate or suspend drawings without notice at any time and for any reason. Roundabout expressly disclaims any responsibility for, and by accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold Roundabout harmless from, any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with (i) participation in drawings, (ii) any printing or typographical errors in materials associated with drawings, any incorrect or inaccurate information utilized in drawings and any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of drawings, (iii) any condition caused by events beyond Roundabout's control that may cause a drawing to be disrupted or corrupted, and (iv) the delivery, acceptance and/or subsequent use or misuse of any prize awarded; including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. ***PAYMENT PLAN RULES AND CONDITIONS Payment plans are only available for full season credit card orders only. Credit cards must be valid through December 2012. Payments will be made in two equal installments. First payment is due on the date the subscription order is received. The second will be automatically charged to your credit card on May 21, 2012. Donations will be charged separately on both payments. Any donation under $50 will be charged in one transaction on the received date.
