an Exchange That Suits Your Needs

What is most important to you?

COMPARABLE SEATS:
  • Exchange your tickets as early in the show's run as possible.
  • Designate three alternate date choices, in order of preference. We will seat you in the performance that has the best comparable seating.
A SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE DATE:
  • Exchange your tickets as early in the show’s run as possible.
  • Designate only one date choice. Comparable seats can’t be guaranteed.
RUSH EXCHANGE—RECEIVING MY TICKETS EARLY:
  • We begin processing exchanges approximately 2 weeks before the first performance of each show. Please indicate "Rush Exchange" on your Exchange Form if you need your tickets immediately. Comparable seats are unlikely if your exchange is processed more than 2 weeks before your first requested date.
LAST MINUTE TICKET EXCHANGES:
  • You can call Audience Services to exchange your tickets as late as 12pm for matinees or 4pm for evening shows on the day of your performance.
I DO NOT WISH TO RESCHEDULE MY TICKETS:
  • Roundabout will be happy to recognize your tax-deductible ticket donation with a receipt for tax purposes.

TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY GUIDELINES

  • Tickets may be exchanged once for another performance of the same production. Subsequent exchanges are at the discretion of Roundabout Theatre Company and will be for general admission seating only.
  • All exchanges are subject to ticket availability.
  • Comparable seating is not guaranteed, but subscribers always receive the best available seats at the time the exchange is processed. If the performance you request does not have comparable seating available you may receive a general admission ("GA") pass. Subscribers holding GAs will be seated by the house staff just prior to curtain and may be asked to take different seats at intermission. You will not be interrupted during the performance.

Subscribe for access to free and flexible ticket exchanges.
