Roundabout Theatre Company ("Roundabout") understands that you may have questions about the information you provide on this web site and your use of this web site. We do not configure our web site to collect personal information from your computer when browsing this site. The information we receive depends on the information you voluntarily provide when you visit our site.

SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASE
When you subscribe or renew online we utilize "cookies", which are invoked by standard browser software, which allow us to process your order without you constantly reentering information.

As a subscriber you receive Roundabout's Front and Center Magazine, Roundabout's subscriber guide, and other informational mailings. Occasionally, Roundabout may share your name and postal address with other parties or companies who will offer you specific promotions whose products and services may interest you. If you would prefer not to have your information shared with any party other than Roundabout, please e-mail your request to info@roundabouttheatre.org. For security purposes you will receive a confirmation e-mail regarding your request.

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS

SSL certificates (a) encrypt all data transmission between your computer and our web site, and, (b) verify Roundabout as the owner or operator of the web site located at www.roundabouttheatre.org. Roundabout will not sell or rent your email address to anyone. Roundabout may send your email address to other companies when: We have your consent to share the information; We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested; We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Roundabout to provide a product or service to you. These companies provide services to us, such as hosting our e-mail systems, providing hosting for streaming media content and the back-up of our data. Unless we tell you otherwise, these companies do not have any right to use the email information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us in providing our service to you.
