Roundabout's rich legacy of classic productions began in 1966, in a modest theatre underneath a supermarket. Now, after more than 40 years and countless temporary homes, we are proud to produce eight shows each season in three state-of-the-art permanent homes. Having our own theatres allows us to plan for our future, and we hope you will join us in this effort by including Roundabout in your future plans.
The Yegen Society is a newly-launched program recognizing and honoring those generous individuals who have included the company in their estate plans. The Society is named in honor of longtime Roundabout Board member Christian C. Yegen, and in recognition of extraordinary leadership he and his family provided during a time of financial crisis and transition at Roundabout. Thanks to his belief in and support of Roundabout, we look forward to another 40 years and beyond.
As we establish this program, we are pleased to invite other friends and family to become Charter Members of the Yegen Society. In recognition your gift to secure Roundabout's future through your estate plans, we are pleased to offer the following special benefits and privileges:
Recognition on a permanent plaque in the Langworthy Lounge at Roundabout's flagship American Airlines Theatre
Invitation to an annual Yegen Society luncheon with Roundabout staff and artists
Access to our Patrons' Lounges: the Langworthy Lounge at the American Airlines Theatre and the Yegen & Donnalley Lounge at the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre / Laura Pels Theatre
Invitations to selected special events
Recognition in Playbill and Roundabout's Annual Report
“What Todd Haimes has created here is the closest thing
we have in this country to a 'National' theatre.”
Christopher Plummer
Actor and Board Member
