Theatre Plus Events
What is Theatre Plus?
It's about more than a great night of theatre.
For 20 years, Roundabout Theatre Company's innovative Theatre Plus programs have enhanced the theatre-going experience for thousands of audience members.
In addition to enjoying hit Broadway and off-Broadway productions, Roundabout ticket holders can learn more about the themes of the show, gain insight into the creative process, and attend a discussion with the stars.
Theatre Talks (Valid for all Tuesday Series)
Every Tuesday learn more about the history of the production and its creators. A Roundabout teaching artist will prepare you for what you’re about to see and will leave you with a deeper understanding of the playwright and the world of the play. Discussions are complimentary for all ticket holders on Tuesday evenings. At the American Airlines and Laura Pels Theatres, talks begin 30 minutes before curtain. At the Stephen Sondheim Theatre and Studio 54, talks begin one hour before curtain. See more information and dates
Roundabout’s Celebrity Series brings members of the cast and crew to you, when a Roundabout teaching artist leads a 20-minute post-show discussion about what really happens behind the scenes of a production. See more information and dates
Explore the themes of each production after the curtain goes down. Stay in your seats after the performance to attend a 50-minute discussion with a member of the creative team, distinguished artist, scholar, historian, or critic, hosted by a Roundabout teaching artist. Click for transcripts of previous Lecture Series events. See more information and dates
