Technical information about this website’s accessibility
We aim to comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
Compliance status
The website has been tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard.
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliances and exemptions listed below.
Non-accessible content
Non-text content
Some images do not have a text alternative or have poor alternative text so people using a screen reader cannot access the information conveyed. This fails WCAG 2.2. Success criterion 1.1.1 (non-text content).
We plan to add text alternatives for all images by June 30, 2026.
Info and relationships
Some forms do not use the correct HTML markup and lack accessible names, fieldsets and legends. Additionally, some forms do not correctly relate the information cells with the relevant headings. This fails WCAG 2.2. Success criterion 1.3.1 (info and relationships).
We plan to resolve this by June 30, 2026.
Links
Some links do not have an accessible name or do not make sense when read in context or isolation. Some links use the same link text but direct users to different pages. This fails WCAG 2.2. Success criterion 2.4.4 (link purpose (in context)) and 2.4.9 link purpose (link only).
We plan to resolve this by June 30, 2026.
Text in image
Some images contain text making it impossible to adjust how the text is presented. This fails WCAG 2.2. Success criterion 1.4.5 (images of text) and 1.4.9 (images of text (no exception)).
We plan to resolve this by June 30, 2026.
Font sizing
Some text does not resize when adjusting browser font settings. This fails WCAG 2.2. Success criterion 1.4.4 (resize text).
We plan to resolve this by June 30, 2026.
Text Contrast
Some fonts do not have enough contrast with their background colors. This fails WCAG 2.2.. Success criterion 1.4.3 (contrast (minimum)) and 1.4.6 (contrast (enhanced)).
We plan to resolve this by June 30, 2026.
User interface control contrast
Some controls such as buttons and links do not have enough contrast between the background and foreground colors. This fails WCAG 2.2. Success criterion 1.4.11 (non-text contrast).
We plan to resolve this by June 30, 2026.
Opening links in new windows
Some links are opened in new windows without warning. This fails WCAG 2.2. Success criterion 3.2.5 (change on request).
We plan to resolve this by June 30, 2026.
Buying tickets using assistive technology
It is not possible to select seats when using a keyboard. This is in part to elements not appearing in the focus order, not showing which elements are in focus, and functions not being executed by keyboard interactions. This fails WCAG 2.2. Success criterion 2.1.1 (keyboard), 2.1.3 (keyboard (no exception)), 2.4.3 (focus order), (2.4.7 focus visible).
Not all content is voiced when using a screen reader. This includes error messages, warnings and announcements related to ticketing and timeouts. This fails WCAG 2.2. Success criterion 4.1.3 (status messages).
Some controls have not been correctly labelled and cannot be targeted using speech to text software or screen readers. This fails WCAG 2.2. Success criterion 1.3.1 (info and relationships) and 4.1.2 (Name, role, value).
We plan to resolve this by June 30, 2026.
