BR\u00cdAN F. O'BYRNE (George).<\/strong> Tony Award\u00ae<\/span>-winning, Irish actor Br\u00edan F. O\u2019Byrne was nominated for an Emmy\u00ae<\/span> this past year for his work opposite Kate Winslet in Todd Hayne\u2019s Mildred Pierce for HBO. On television, O\u2019Byrne starred with Mario Bello in \"Prime Suspect\" for ABC, as well as the critically acclaimed Showtime series \"Brotherhood\" and ABC\u2019s \"FlashForward.\" <\/em>His starring film credits include Sony Picture\u2019s The International<\/em>, directed by Tom Tykwer, and Antoine Fuqua\u2019s Brooklyn<\/em>\u2019s Finest.<\/em> His other film credits include: Bug, No Reservations, Before The Devil Knows You're Dead, The New World, Million Dollar Baby, Bandits, An Everlasting Piece <\/em>and The Grey Zone <\/em>among others. <\/em><\/p> <\/p> On Broadway, O\u2019Byrne won the Tony for his portrayal of a murderous pedophile in 2004\u2019s Frozen<\/em>. O\u2019Byrne last starred in Tom Stoppard's groundbreaking trilogy, The Coast of Utopia,<\/em> directed by Jack O'Brien for which he received his fifth Tony nomination. In addition to his nomination for The Coast of Utopia,<\/em>O'Byrne has received Tony nominations for The Lonesome West, The Beauty Queen of Leenane <\/em>and Doubt<\/em>. O'Byrne received his fourth consecutive Drama Desk Award nomination for Utopia<\/em> (won for Doubt<\/em>) and is also the recipient of the Outer Critics Circle Award for Doubt<\/em>, the Obie Award for Frozen<\/em> and the Lucille Lortel Award for Frozen<\/em>.
