She will also be returning to star in season 3 of the critically acclaimed ABC series \u201cAmerican Crime.\u201d Her past film credits include James Wan\u2019s <em>The Conjuring<\/em>, Michael Mann\u2019s <em>Public Enemies<\/em>, <em>The Secret<\/em> and <em>Brooklyn\u2019s Finest<\/em>. She originally made her screen debut in Donald Petrie\u2019s <em>Mystic Pizza<\/em>, co-starring Julia Roberts, then went on to star in Oliver Stone\u2019s <em>Born on the 4th of July<\/em>, Emir Kusturica\u2019s <em>Arizona Dream<\/em>, Nancy Savoca\u2019s <em>Household Saints<\/em>, for which she won a Spirit award. She also starred in Alan Rudolph\u2019s <em>Mrs. Parker and the Vicious Circle<\/em>, Robert Altman\u2019s <em>Short Cuts<\/em> and <em>Pret-\u00c0-Porter, <\/em>Abel Ferrara\u2019s <em>The Addiction<\/em>, <em>Ransom <\/em>opposite Mel Gibson, and <em>The Haunting<\/em> alongside Catherine Zeta-Jones.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>In television, Taylor has starred in JJ Abrams\u2019 \u201cAlmost Human\u201d on Fox as well as the Netflix original series \u201cHemlock Grove.\u201d She has also appeared in \u201cThe Good Wife,\u201d \u201cState of Mind,\u201d \u201cThe X-Files,\u201d and the hit TV series \u201cSix Feet Under,\u201d which earned her two Emmy nominations and a SAG Award. She was most recently nominated for an Emmy for her leading work in ABC\u2019s \u201cAmerican Crime.\u201d On the stage, she has most recently appeared in the Steven Soderbergh-directed production of <em>The Library<\/em> at The Public Theater. She also appeared in The New Group\u2019s productions of <em>Mourning Becomes Electra<\/em> and <em>Aunt Dan & Lemon<\/em>, Manhattan Theater Club\u2019s <em>The Dead Eye Boy<\/em> and many others.
