An audio drama becomes a nationwide theatre event.
This stunning tale, first told in 1935, resonates in this moment as never before, when Roundabout joins more than 100 theatres across the country to present Berkeley Repertory Theatre’s new audio adaptation of Sinclair Lewis’s It Can’t Happen Here.
It Can't Happen Here will be available to stream via Youtube from October 13 through November 8.
Script is available for people with hearing loss. To request a script, please email ICHHCC@berkeleyrep.org.
- Interact with theatre fans across America on October 25 at 2pm EST and 5pm EST to discuss the play and your response.
Roundabout's Community Conversations aim to foster reflection, conversation, and connection, striving to deepen an experience with the play and each other.
Especially during this time of separation, we are pleased to create space for audience members to share their experience, building a sense of mutual understanding and therefore, a stronger Roundabout community.
