A Roundabout TheatreLab workshop by Preston Max Allen.
Bring your musical theatre idea to life through the exploration of character development and songwriting style.
Over the course of four weeks, bring your original musical to life through the exploration of story development, character building, song placement, and exercises in songwriting that will give you a head start on a full piece. Whether you have an idea you’ve been wanting to develop or are starting from scratch, this course encourages the growth of your writing experience at any level in an environment guided by positive feedback and creative risk-taking.
Please be prepared to present material virtually.
