Ads must be received no later than February 1, 2019.
All ads are 6.5” wide x 6.5” tall.
Journal trim size is 8” wide x 8” tall (no bleed needed).
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR AD
A) PREPARE AND SEND YOUR OWN AD MATERIALS
300 DPI, designed at actual ad size. TIFF, JPEG, EPS or PDF files. Black & White or Grayscale only. ALSO ACCEPTED: Composed camera-ready artwork. Submit correct size line artwork output on repro or 600 dpi laser paper. Send ad files to natalier@roundabouttheatre.org.
B) WE DESIGN AND TYPESET AD FOR YOU
The Journal staff will create your ad as a courtesy. Simply send your text to natalier@roundabouttheatre.org. If you would like your logo included in the ad, please see the details listed above for providing art.

Roundabout Theatre Company reserves the right to reject any copy deemed unsuitable for publication. Any changes made by the advertiser after the Journal has been sent to the publisher will be charged to the advertiser. Ads should be received by Roundabout no later than February 1, 2019. Proofs will not be available for review prior to publication. If submitted artwork is not correct size it will be reformatted to fit Journal specifications.
