Roundabout is pleased to partner with Broadway on Demand to host never-before-seen content exclusively for Roundabout audiences.

Broadway on Demand is a new streaming service that offers an extensive and wide-ranging library of video on demand content, livestream events, interactive platforms, and educational resources.

Before You Watch

Register

If you were asked to register before streaming, follow the link provided to reserve your ticket.

Prior to streaming, you will receive an access link in an email from Roundabout! This email will also contain the email address and customer number that you will need to access the stream.

If you have any questions about your login information, please contact audienceservices@roundabouttheatre.org.

Be sure to check the stream run time and time zone before you watch! Remember that some streams are available for viewing for a limited time.

Set up your viewing device

On your computer or mobile device, we recommend Google Chrome as your web browser for optimal streaming.

From your tablet or smartphone, download the free app on Apple Store and Google Play (Android).

Find the BOD App on your AppleTV, Roku, and in the future on Amazon Fire TV too! Airplay and Chromecast feature supported.

Make sure you have a strong WiFi/Internet connection.

While You Watch

Logging in

At any time leading up to the stream, click the link provided to you via email to join. You will be brought to a login page

Login using your email address and customer ID number from your confirmation email.

Select your desired show from the “Current Live Schedule” carousel, and navigate to that show page for the viewing link and additional show materials.

Using the controls

Play and Pause: Once you have selected the show, you will be taken into the BOD video player and the show will automatically begin to play. To pause, click on the “pause” button or anywhere on the video. To play a paused show, click on the “play” button or anywhere on the video.

Mute: To mute the volume of a show, select the “speaker” icon located at the bottom right of the player. To un-mute a show, select the “speaker” icon once again. To adjust the volume of a show, use your device’s volume control.

Fullscreen: Want to expand to full screen? Press the four corners icon at the bottom right hand side of the player. Too big? To exit full screen, press the four corners icon once again or hit the escape key on your computer.

Troubleshooting

  • Broadway on Demand is best suited to be viewed using a Google Chrome browser.
  • If you are having trouble streaming, try clearing your browser cache and cookies and restarting the website. For Roku and AppleTV, please try to refresh your app.
  • Make sure you have a strong WiFi/Internet connection: A download speed of at least 25.0Mbp per stream is recommended to receive Ultra HD (1080p or higher) and HDR content.
