Roundabout Theatre Company, New York’s leading not-for-profit theatre, is seeking a detail-oriented individual with demonstrated experience in operational excellence for an associate-level position in our Sales & Analytics Department.

The Analytics and Operations Associate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the dynamic production and sales processes for Roundabout’s Sales & Analytics team, as well as the ongoing management of Criterion Ticketing, our e-commerce platform.

This is some of what the Analytics and Operations Associate will do:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Tessitura ticketing reporting and analytics.
  • Take ownership of and expedite Analytics and Operations initiatives, encompassing financial reporting, sales and trend analysis, the monitoring of special programs, and the optimization of workflows.
  • Uphold the integrity of data produced by the office and proactively find issues before they arise.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated.

This is some of what the Analytics and Operations Associate should bring:

  • 1-3 years’ experience, with event ticketing experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Tessitura software is strongly preferred, as this role must interact closely with our CRM system.
  • An elevated level of computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Readiness to collaborate and engage with others to problem-solve and manage competing project timelines.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with all standard Roundabout benefits. The salary is $55,000 annually plus any overtime for hours worked over 40 in a workweek. This role’s set schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, with some evening availability required.
