Roundabout Theatre Company, the nation’s largest not-for-profit theatre, seeks a Business Applications Associate.

Reporting to the Business Applications Manager, the Business Applications Associate will facilitate and support event and database-related work within Roundabout’s Sales and Analytics team. This position splits time between administration of events for Criterion Ticketing and Roundabout Productions in Tessitura, Roundabout’s enterprise CRM. This position is a full-time salaried position, with benefits.

 

This is some of what the Business Applications Associate will do:

  • Assessing, programming, and maintaining events and pricing structures in Tessitura with a sharp eye for granular detail. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Creating and scheduling production events
    • Auditing event builds
    • Programming pricing, promotional offers, and scheduling dynamic pricing events
    • Organizing data imports
    • Facilitating annual subscription rollovers
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and clients on administration of sales plans and projects for both Roundabout Theatre Company and Criterion Ticketing events.
  • Serving as Criterion’s Client Representative for communications between rental production companies and our team.
  • Communicating requirements for reporting and analysis of event sales.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation of processes, reports, and integrations.
  • Assisting with Sales and Analytics team projects, including routine report auditing, and other duties as assigned.

 

This is some of what the Business Applications Associate should bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an arts organization, theatre company, or box office.
  • High level of computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with Power Query preferred.
  • CRM experience required. Familiarity with Tessitura software strongly preferred.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Readiness to collaborate and engage with others to problem-solve and manage competing project timelines.

This is a full-time position with all standard Roundabout benefits. The salary range is $50,000–$55,000 annually, plus any overtime for hours worked over 40 in a workweek. The standard work week for this position is Thursday through Monday, with hours to be determined based on performance schedules.
