Roundabout Theatre Company, the nation’s largest not-for-profit theatre company, seeks a talented and personable individual with an interest in theatrical marketing to join the company as Digital Assistant.

The Digital Assistant is responsible for providing support across all internal digital marketing efforts, including content creation and social listening on Roundabout’s social media channels, assisting with the creation of content for emails, website updates, and more.

This is some of what the Digital Assistant will do:

  • Assist with the capture and creation of content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
  • Assist with maintenance of the social and email calendars
  • Daily social listening and community engagement
  • Top level reporting using Sprout Social, native social platforms, and Wordfly
  • Collaborating with outside agencies on paid social campaigns
  • Assist with email asset creation and campaign build as needed
  • Web content maintenance and updates as needed
  • Create audience feedback surveys and collaborate on bi-weekly reporting
  • Assist with content capture at marketing events as needed
  • Route internally and compile edits on digital assets as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned by Associate Director, Digital

  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Supreme time management skills
  • Ability to multitask while preserving attention to detail
  • Experience managing social channels
  • Interest in theatre and in theatre administration
  • Interest in marketing
  • Graphic design experience/education
  • Video editing experience a plus

This is a full-time position with all standard Roundabout benefits. The salary is $42,000 annually plus any overtime for hours worked over 40 in a workweek.
