Roundabout Theatre Company, New York’s leading not-for-profit theatre seeks an individual with meticulous attention to detail for an entry-level administrative position in our Sales & Analytics Department.
The Sales Operations Coordinator will assist in maintaining the revolving production and sales processes for Roundabout’s Sales & Analytics team and with maintenance of Criterion Ticketing, Roundabout’s e-commerce business. This position is a full-time hourly position with standard Roundabout benefits. The salary is $19.00-$20.00 per hour.
This is some of what the Sales Operations Coordinator will do:
- Maintain technical knowledge of Tessitura (Roundabout’s customer relationship management software,) with an eye for granular detail.
- Expedite Sales & Analytics projects, including but not limited to: daily financial reporting, weekly subscription sales reporting, monitoring of special programs, and corporate discount maintenance
- Ensure integrity of all offers, price changes, and performance build data pieces.
- Additional duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner who thrives both in collaborative environments and working independently. This person is open to taking on new tasks and challenges and is able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment. They also possess the ability to shift between project tasks, ad-hoc tasks, and help-desk tasks as needed.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required, experience with Tessitura or another CRM is preferred.
