Roundabout Theatre Company, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit theatres, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating institutional materials for our production season as well as for internal programs and events. The position reports to the Director of Marketing, and will work closely with members of the Marketing, Audience Services, Development, and Education staff, as well as Roundabout’s external agencies and print vendors.

This is some of what the Senior Graphic Designer will do:

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead design efforts for all institutional initiatives and collateral, including but not limited to subscription and fundraising campaigns, education reports, digital venue signage, and key art for Roundabout Underground, as well as additional projects as assigned.

This is some of what the Senior Graphic Designer should bring:

  • 8-10 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Portfolio of graphic design work (in print or online)
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities, with a keen ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
  • Theatre/entertainment knowledge and appreciation
  • Highly proficient with the Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, Acrobat) with a strong knowledge of After Effects.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Collaborative and enthusiastic attitude with a love of being part of a team
  • Experience supervising vendors; experience supervising staff a plus.
  • Must be proficient on a Mac.
  • The salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
