Roundabout Theatre Company, New York’s leading not-for-profit theatre, seeks an individual with meticulous attention to detail for an administrative position in the Ticketing Operations division of our Audience Services department.
The Ticketing Coordinator will assist in maintaining the revolving production and sales processes for Roundabout’s Ticketing Operations team. It is a full-time hourly position with benefits. The work schedule will include weekends and holidays.
- Maintain technical knowledge of Tessitura (Roundabout’s customer relationship management software), with an eye for granular detail.
- Expedite Ticketing Operations projects.
- Ensure integrity of all offer and price changes.
- Process subscription and single ticket orders submitted through all channels.
- Additional duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can thrive working independently and collaborating with others. This person is open to taking on new tasks and challenges and can adapt to changes in a fast- paced work environment, including the ability to shift between various departmental duties, and troubleshooting for various departments as needed.
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and Tessitura, or a similar CRM platform, is required.
