5. What are my subscription series dates?

6. I purchased an open subscription. What do I do next?
You will be alerted when the booking window for each show is open. That is when you will have the chance to pick your seats and date. You may also log into your account at roundabouttheatre.org to view productions currently eligible for booking.

7. What if I want to change my subscription series?
When you renew, please provide us with as many alternate subscription series choices as possible. That way, we can explore a variety of options and get you the best seats possible, though comparable seating cannot be guaranteed.
8. How do I exchange my tickets?
As a subscriber, you can now exchange or donate your tickets as soon as you know you cannot attend your scheduled performance. Please see Subscriber Ticket Exchange section of the Tickets & Policies page for a detailed explanation of our policy.
9. What is the Ovation Club?
Full season subscribers are automatically enrolled in our Ovation Club. Ovation Club members receive several great benefits, including an invitation to an exclusive Ovation Club event, a 15% discount on Roundabout merchandise purchased online at BroadwayStore.com. Additionally, Ovation Club members still receive the great subscription benefits they’ve come to love and expect at Roundabout Theatre Company: free and flexible ticket exchanges, discounted tickets for family and friends, and discounts on restaurants, hotels, and parking.
10. What if I’m late for a performance?
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management. For the comfort of all Roundabout patrons, latecomers will be seated at suitable breaks in the performance and in conveniently reachable seat locations. Latecomers who are ticketed for accessible seats in the mezzanine at the Laura Pels Theatre may be redirected to other accessible locations. Please note: There is no late seating for Roundabout Underground and other select productions.
