  • 55% – Daily operations of department.
  • 25% – Long term projects.
  • 20% – Professional Development with the TWDP Admin Cohort.

Daily operations.

  • Read play submissions and attend external staged readings of new work.
  • Critically analyze scripts and write short summaries for internal review.
  • Assist with producing Roundabout’s readings, workshops, and other events.
  • Assist with payroll and other financial processes.
  • Help maintain Roundabout’s literary database.
  • Support the administration of artist support programs.
  • Administrative tasks to support the Artistic Department.

Long term projects.

  • Researching and writing for Roundabout’s Upstage Guides and information session.
  • Becoming the lead contact on the producing of a reading.
  • Supporting the research, reading, curation, and production processes for The Refocus Project.
