Daily operations.
- Support the administration of Teaching and Learning programs and events.
- Participate in the planning and execution of Teaching and Learning programs, with an emphasis on Roundabout Youth Ensemble.
- Assist in the development of educational materials and digital content for students and audiences.
- Help document and assess education programs.
- Support other Community Partnerships and Career Development programs.
- Operational and administrative support for the department.
- Shadow Teaching Artists and work towards co-facilitation of workshops.
- Liaise with staff in other departments for collaborative projects and assignments.
Long term projects.
- Become an assistant producer for educational and professional development events like RYE’s Summer production or Hidden Career Path Days.
- Become the point of contact for a partner school and support on-site programming.
- Learn and apply Roundabout’s teaching framework when crafting lesson plans and facilitation.
