  • 55% – Daily operations of department.
  • 25% – Long term projects.
  • 20% – Professional Development with the TWDP Admin Cohort.

Daily operations.

  • Support the administration of Teaching and Learning programs and events.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of Teaching and Learning programs, with an emphasis on Roundabout Youth Ensemble.
  • Assist in the development of educational materials and digital content for students and audiences.
  • Help document and assess education programs.
  • Support other Community Partnerships and Career Development programs.
  • Operational and administrative support for the department.
  • Shadow Teaching Artists and work towards co-facilitation of workshops.
  • Liaise with staff in other departments for collaborative projects and assignments.

Long term projects.

  • Become an assistant producer for educational and professional development events like RYE’s Summer production or Hidden Career Path Days.
  • Become the point of contact for a partner school and support on-site programming.
  • Learn and apply Roundabout’s teaching framework when crafting lesson plans and facilitation.
