Daily operations.
- Provide overall administrative support to the Finance and HR team.
- Perform some payroll, accounts payable, and HR functions.
- Assist Staff Accountant with the preparation of weekly financial settlements for both Roundabout and rental productions.
- Assist with annual audit, track and reissue stale dated checks.
- Assist with processing and managing unemployment and workers’ compensation claims.
- Perform various HR reporting tasks including the administration of personnel files, Playbill updates, and new hire reporting.
Long term projects.
- Create searchable database of applicant information and analyze trends to help determine if new recruiting strategies need to be implemented.
- Audit Roundabout’s current vendor list to assess if it meets Roundabout’s goals.
- Advance the annual stale dated check project.
