CHRISTOPHER ASHLEY
 (Artistic Director). Christopher Ashley won the Tony Award for his direction of the stage production of Come From Away on Broadway, and has served as the Rich Family Artistic Director of the Tony Award-winning La Jolla Playhouse in San Diego, CA since 2007. He was recently named the incoming Artistic Director of Roundabout Theatre Company. 

In addition to Come From Away, other Broadway credits include Diana: The Musical; Escape to Margaritaville; Xanadu, Leap of Faith (Drama Desk Award nomination); Memphis (Tony, Outer Critics Circle nominations); All Shook Up; The Rocky Horror Show (Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle Award nominations). Film credits include Come From Away for AppleTV+, Diana on Netflix, the feature films Jeffrey and Lucky Stiff, and the American Playhouse production of Blown Sideways Through Life for PBS. At La Jolla Playhouse, Mr. Ashley directed the world-premiere productions of The Untitled Unauthorized Hunter S. REBECCA HABEL (Managing Director) has been the general manager of more than 30 productions on and off-Broadway at Vineyard Theatre, Roundabout Theatre Company, and at Stuart Thompson Productions and Thompson Turner Productions. On these New York stages, she has overseen productions ranging from Stephen Karam’s first play Speech & Debate in Roundabout’s Black Box Theatre to the Broadway premiere and First National Tour of the musical Mean Girls. She co-created and produced Reconfiguration: An Evening with Other Lives in BAM’s Next Wave Festival and was a producing consultant for The Park Avenue Armory on The Hairy Ape.

She has recently served as General Manager and/or Executive Producer of such Broadway premieres including The Hills of California, Patriots, Leopoldstadt, and Illinoise.

She has a B.A. in Communications from American University and an M.A in Performing Arts Administration from New York University.


SYDNEY BEERS
 (Executive Producer) joined Roundabout Theatre Company in 1995. She has held various positions at the organization, including Director of Sales, Director of Administration, and General Manager. In her current role as Roundabout’s Executive Producer, she oversees the company’s Broadway and Off-Broadway productions across five venues, in addition to managing various organizational operations. As part of Executive Leadership, she works in tandem with the Board of Directors to ensure Roundabout’s artistic and financial success, as well as advance its mission. Prior to Roundabout, she has worked at Shakespeare Theatre Company, Walnut Street Theatre, and Delaware Theatre Company. Sydney is a graduate of Catholic University and has studied theatre abroad at various institutions such as Oxford University, The Royal Shakespeare Company, and London University. She is proud to be a member of The Broadway League where she sits on the Board and Executive Committee.


CHRISTOPHER NAVE, CFRE
 (Chief Advancement Officer) joined Roundabout in 2010 and was integral to its successful 50th Anniversary Campaign to secure the company’s future. As Chief Advancement Officer, he drives the organization’s multi-year strategy to advance Roundabout’s mission and deepen its impact, convening support among vital stakeholders and overseeing organizational governance and all contributed revenue. Christopher received his bachelor’s degree from Elmhurst University and has over 20 years of nonprofit management expertise working with a range of organizations in the performing arts, human services and advocacy sectors. In 2005, he became one of only 5,000 Certified Fundraising Executives (CFRE), demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional practice in the philanthropic sector. He is an adjunct professor at Pratt Institute and a proud member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

KENT DAVIDSON (Chief Marketing & Experience Officer) leads Roundabout Theatre Company’s marketing, audience, revenue, digital, and patron experience strategies. Prior to Roundabout, Kent served as Vice President of Marketing & Communications at BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music), and before that as a member of the Executive team at 92nd Street Y. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Seatem, an international ticketing and technology company.

In addition to teaching in the College of Performing Arts at The New School, Kent is the Executive Director of Powerhouse: International, the international performance festival launched in Brooklyn in 2024. He holds a B.A. from the University of Houston, where he studied with theatre artists including Edward Albee, Sidney Berger, and Sir Peter Hall.

TODD HAIMES (President/CEO, in memoriam) joined Roundabout as the Executive Director at the age of 26. From 1983 to 1990, he served in that position, overseeing the company’s finances, marketing and fundraising. Mr. Haimes was the Artistic Director of Roundabout Theatre Company from July 1, 1990, and he became the Artistic Director and CEO in 2015. Mr. Haimes was the former President and served on the Board of The Alliance of Resident Theatres/New York – the service organization representing all not-for-profit theatres in New York City – and he was a member of the Broadway League Executive Committee. He was the recipient of the 2013 Lucille Lortel Lifetime Achievement Award and was named a Crain’s New York Business 40 Under 40 honoree in 1992. He taught Theatre Administration in the Graduate Program at the Yale School of Drama and the Graduate Theatre Administration Program at Brooklyn College, and served as a member of the Hunter College Theatre Advisory Board. He also served as an Executive in Residence at the Columbia University School of Professional Studies. He held a bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Yale School of Organization and Management.
