  • 55% – Daily operations of department.

  • 20% – Professional Development with the TWDP Admin Cohort.

Daily operations.

  • Provide overall administrative support to the Culture and Engagement team.
  • Maintain database of our learning management system, Paradigm Reach, and our employee engagement platform, Culture Amp.
  • Be responsible for maintaining the Culture & Engagement calendar, including scheduling meetings for Affinity Groups, Committees, staff trainings, and production trainings.
  • Assist Culture and Engagement Coordinator with coordinating access services.

Long term projects.

  • Using employee surveys and stay interviews, analyze trends to help determine if new strategies are needed to bolster belonging among staff.
  • Assist Director of Culture and Engagement, Employee Strategies in the annual performance review process.
  • Create and maintain a calendar of sensory friendly, autism friendly, and relaxed performances in NYC area.

  • An interest in how HR and Access Services work.
  • Being computer savvy.
  • A solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic formulas.
