Daily operations.
- Provide overall administrative support to the Culture and Engagement team.
- Maintain database of our learning management system, Paradigm Reach, and our employee engagement platform, Culture Amp.
- Be responsible for maintaining the Culture & Engagement calendar, including scheduling meetings for Affinity Groups, Committees, staff trainings, and production trainings.
- Assist Culture and Engagement Coordinator with coordinating access services.
Long term projects.
- Using employee surveys and stay interviews, analyze trends to help determine if new strategies are needed to bolster belonging among staff.
- Assist Director of Culture and Engagement, Employee Strategies in the annual performance review process.
- Create and maintain a calendar of sensory friendly, autism friendly, and relaxed performances in NYC area.
