Daily operations.
- Maintain artist contracts and ensure proper mailing or filing of documents.
- Provide research support towards the negotiation of union labor contracts.
- Report on Broadway shows’ financial and attendance numbers.
- Fulfill House Seat and Tony Voter requests.
- Assist General Management team during readings, workshops, or special events, including benefit readings and the annual Roundabout Gala.
- Document, scan, and organize union work-rule decisions.
- Assist with post-negotiation documentation of labor agreements.
- Assist with the execution of opening nights, organizing seating and communicating with ticketholders.
- Provide general support to General Management and Administration teams.
Long term projects.
- Create and maintain a database of artists, designers, and directors for the use of the Management Department, complete with unique contract terms.
- Design, Research, and Create a comprehensive quick reference guide summarizing Roundabout’s past practice on union contract interpretation.
