Roundabout Theatre Company presented Tony Award Winner Alan Cumming with The Jason Robards Award for Excellence in Theatre, named after the late Jason Robards for his longstanding relationship with Roundabout and memorable body of stage work. Michael Kors and Lance Le Pere were presented with the Ovation Award for Philanthropic Excellence. These awards are given to those who have made an indelible impact artistically and philanthropically on both theatre and Roundabout.
The Gala included a seated dinner, an opportunity to bid in a spectacular Live Auction, and a special concert performance* by Cyndi Lauper.
All Gala proceeds benefit Roundabout’s many programs, including Education at Roundabout.
