Theatre Plus Programs.
For more than 20 years, Theatre Plus has enhanced the theatre-going experience with conversations, artist insights, and post-show discussions.
Lecture Series
Explore the themes of each production after the curtain goes down. Stay in your seats after the performance to attend a 50-minute discussion with a member of the creative team, artist, scholar, historian, or critic, hosted by a Roundabout teaching artist.
Celebrity Series
Roundabout’s Celebrity Series brings members of the cast and crew to you, when a Roundabout teaching artist leads a 20-minute post-show discussion about what really happens behind the scenes of a production.
After Words
A Roundabout teaching artist or community partner will lead a 30 minute panel discussion that explores in depth an element of the production’s dramaturgy and creative process with relevant artists and creatives.
Community Conversations
Community Conversations invites audiences to reflect on the play together after the performance. These discussions are free, open to all, and last 20 minutes.
Other Theatre Plus Activities.
Periodically, Roundabout hosts ancillary events with thematic relevance to a particular production, such as complimentary post-show talkbacks with special guests.
Theatre Talks
Theatre Talks is a digital offering that provides theatre goers with valuable context for Roundabout productions. They include a short summary of the play, information about the creative team, and prompts for reflection.
Audience Reflections
Join us post-show for a discussion about the production. Led by a Roundabout facilitator, you’ll hear from fellow audience members. Audience Reflections are free and open to all who attend the performance.
